Keep the health connection central
Research without a clear, substantive connection to human health is unlikely to be a strong fit for JHHR.
Interdisciplinary, technical, basic, animal or theoretical work should demonstrate how its question, context or outcomes meaningfully relate to human health. For submission requirements and applicable ethics or reporting expectations, review the Instructions for Authors and Editorial Policies.
